Types of Conflict Coaching Offered

One-On-One Coaching
Pollack Peacebuilding System's workplace conflict coaching programs are designed to improve both conflict management skills and communication skills for executives and employees. Our coaching programs include an initial assessment of the challenges the participant is facing and a personalized program which involves behavior modification and/or skills enhancement as necessary. The coachee participates in weekly one-on-one sessions with our conflict coach, designed to incrementally build necessary competencies and keep the participant accountable throughout the program.
Group and Team Coaching
Pollack Peacebuilding Systems offers coaching for small teams experiencing conflict or groups of department leaders looking to optimize their communication and conflict management skills. Integrating some of our training curricula into group coaching sessions, we help participants apply practical techniques to real-world situations, and hold them accountable to the continuous optimization of skills.
