——— “It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. John Roe and Barbara Thompson, M.A. for your current team-building project to build a more cohesive work unit and enhance communication effectiveness between all parties. From my years of working with both John and Barbara, I have always found them to be very creative in their approach to tap into meaningful dialogue with their participants to uncover truths. And they do so in a very soft approach allowing all participants to understand their message clearly and walk away with information from their trainings and how it is applied to one’s business life. Another example of their work in the field of human behavior is their courageous insight and timely questioning in a group setting that hits the goals and objectives of their training requirements dead center. You will be in very good hands with both Dr. Roe and Barbara Thompson, to work with your teams and positively change human behavior.” – Amelya Stevenson, MA, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, President, e-VentExe, Sacramento Vistage Chair
———- “I would like to recommend Dr. John Rowe and Ms. Barbara Thompson for their work with businesses in team building, training, and conflict management. While I serve on the board of directors as president of the Shingle Springs / Cameron Park Chamber of Commerce, I attended seminars put on by Dr. Rowe and Ms. Thompson. As a business owner and community leader, what struck me most was their knowledge and expertise in their field and the professionalism with which they made their presentation. They made the areas of dealing with organizational change, stress management and reduction, and providing exceptional customer service seem like easily obtainable strategies for every business, providing easily understandable tools to achieve that success. As an individual, I was impressed not only with their knowledge and professionalism but also with their approachability, ready to change your challenges into strategies.” – Rebecca Giles, RGB Business Services
