Felicia Staub is a Washington Mediation Association Certified (WMAC) mediator and has mediated 500+ cases since 2008, including workplace, contract, landlord/tenant, school, and community cases. She brings extensive experience, tremendous dedication, and creativity to her work in helping workplaces and organizations identify their goals, develop work processes and navigate their communication and relationships. Her work centers around helping organizations find a way to work together with common understandings and a unified mission.
Felicia works as a mediator to create peace in the world–between individuals, groups, and in the community–through conflict resolution and training.
Felicia has worked with organizations of all sizes to navigate conflict. She has worked with small businesses, government agencies, universities, financial institutions, healthcare offices, non-profits, and Native American tribes. As a mediator, trainer, facilitator and coach, Felica has worked with strategic planning groups and board of directors on change management, retreats, succession planning and workplace conflict. Felicia won awards from the WMA and from the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center for mediation.
