“Conflict in and of itself is not a negative. It’s the way we react or respond to disagreements that makes conflict a negative or positive experience. Conflict often leads to creativity and innovation, collaboration and joint decision making, and the development of healthy relationships. I’m passionate about helping people learn skills and strategies to make conflict work for them instead of against them.”
