Dr. Kristy Hirschberg, Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, has built a reputation on organizational improvement, challenging the status quo through innovative approaches, and building professional relationships. Currently, Dr. Hirschberg serves as the Manager of Instructional Technology and Innovative Programs for a school district in Arizona serving 39,000 families. Career highlights include serving as the Interim President/CEO for the Port Hueneme Chamber of Commerce, of which she received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for outstanding and invaluable service to her community. Dr. Hirschberg also served as adjunct faculty for Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Pepperdine’s Seaver College, and she served as board president for Pepperdine’s Ventura County Alumni chapter for a number of years. Dr. Hirschberg is a proud former public school teacher and avid traveler. At home, she loves all activities with her husband and her Coonhound pup, Cooper.
