Remote to in-person transition

On May 27, 2021, at 11:00 am PT / 2:00 pm ET, Pollack Peacebuilding Systems will host a FREE Peacebuilding Panel Discussion entitled, “Preventing Workplace Conflict post-COVID: The Remote to in-Person Transition.” Our expert panelists will be speaking about how conflict can manifest during the remote to in-person transition as more workplaces begin to open their offices post-COVID. Questions to be discussed will include:

    1. What challenges does the remote to in-person transition pose to organizations? Where does conflict show up in this transition?
    2. What best leadership practices can workplace leaders follow to help mitigate this conflict?
    3. In terms of preventing workplace conflict, what are the pros and cons of remote vs. in-person vs. a hybrid approach to work?
    4. What are some practical tools organizations should keep in mind to prevent conflict during this transition period?
