Diane has extensive experience in guiding leaders across all levels of the organization to exceed business outcomes by demonstrating behaviors that support a better way of working individually and together. She was with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide for 18 years, 8 years as a leader in hotel operations and 10 years as the Director of Learning and Development, supporting all 9 brands across the Globe. In her role as Director of Learning and Development, Diane was responsible for leading training strategies that impacted leadership development of senior leaders as well as functional and service performance of line-level associates. Her work also included taking a consultative, coaching approach to support individuals and teams by creating solutions that made sense based on various key performance indicators.
Diane also served as Vice President of Experience, Training, and Culture for TD Garden. This venue was home to 2 professional sports teams and hosted over 250 events a year. She re-imagined the approach for training, onboarding, hiring, and overall associate engagement for the entire team of over 2,000 part-time and 300 full-time associates, while also leading the operations team responsible for the guest and client experience.
In the role of Training Facilitator at PPS, she supports our learning programs from assessment to measurement, ensuring that learning meets the goals of the business in a way that resonates with the adult learner. Her strong operations background combined with her organizational development expertise make her a strong partner for our training clients.
