General Overview

For the past sixteen years, Elizabeth has been focused on helping her clients achieve external harmony by looking inward to access their best selves. Her extensive experience as a teacher, mediator, yoga instructor, Ayurvedic nutritionist, educational counselor, and entrepreneur has led her to the belief that, with the right guidance, everyone has the ability to manage conflict with peaceful and concrete solutions.

Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University in International Educational Development with a focus on conflict resolution. Her Peacebuilding work has supported workplaces to classrooms, teaching youth and adults conflict resolution and communication skills. She has experience providing peace and restorative circles to her clients during times of stress and conflict.
