OVERVIEW

Client Services Manager for a nationwide Conflict Resolution / Peacebuilding firm. Our mission is to help bring more peace to individuals, families, companies, and communities. Your mission is to help us build our relatively new company by implementing passion and diligence in caring for our clients and helping them achieve success with our services. This is currently a part-time, independent contractor position.

ABOUT YOU

You have extensive experience and interest in managing and serving HR services clients. You read books on dispute resolution, conscious leadership, and customer management. You have a background in peace and conflict studies, and in aligning with the mission of bringing more peace into the world and the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead customer service initiatives with current clients
  • Create proposals for ongoing services (i.e. coaching, mediation, etc.)
  • Work as a trusted advisor to clients to assess their challenges, needs, and opportunities to leverage Pollack Peacebuilding’s capabilities to their advantage
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to identify future opportunities and efficiencies
  • Track and report on client success
  • Facilitate communication internally and externally related to clients
  • Identify partnership opportunities; collect feedback on existing/potential utilization from our consultants
  • Provide client feedback to the company leadership and help generate product development and service offering ideas
  • Help clients choose and implement ongoing services, which helps drive revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You work from home full-time and are looking for a long-term growth opportunity that starts as part-time work and grows
  • 3+ years of experience managing clients and/or customer service
  • Experience in working with senior management to align people operations strategies and solutions
  • Excellent people skills, proven track record of successfully serving customers or clients
  • Must possess high energy, excellent judgment, personability, and integrity
  • Self-motivated problem-solver, comfortable wearing different hats
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Degree in Peace & Conflict studies, or a related field, preferred

COMPENSATION & WORK HOURS

  • BASE: $35/hour (to start)
  • COMMISSION: 5% of gross revenue from ongoing services (services engaged after initial service contract)
  • STOCK: Shares worth 4% of the company vested over 3 years
  • Flexible schedule, on your own time and work remotely – just track your hours and what you’re doing
  • Starting 10-20 hours per month depending on how many clients we are serving; as we grow, and if you help clients implement ongoing services, the hours will increase quickly
