OVERVIEW

Consultant Services Manager for a nationwide Conflict Resolution / Peacebuilding firm. Our mission is to help bring more peace to individuals, families, companies, and communities. Your mission is to help us build our relatively new company by implementing passion and diligence in people operations management for conflict resolution consultants. This is currently a part-time, independent contractor position.

ABOUT YOU

You have extensive experience and interest in managing and serving teams of individuals. You read books on conscious leadership and team management. You have a background in peace and conflict studies, and in aligning with the mission of bringing more peace into the world and the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard conflict resolution consultants
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of recruitment efforts and the penetration of new recruiting platforms
  • Create and implement programs for consultant engagement in order to provide value for consultants
  • Work as a trusted advisor and support system to consultants to assess their challenges, needs, and opportunities in order to leverage Pollack Peacebuilding’s capabilities to their advantage
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants
  • Track and report on consultant performance
  • Build success metrics for consultant services
  • Facilitate communication internally and externally related to consultants
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings for consultants
  • Generate engagement and leadership program development ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You work from home full-time and are looking for a long-term growth opportunity that starts as part-time work and grows
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams in a professional setting
  • Experience in working with senior management to align people operations strategies and solutions
  • Excellent people skills, proven track record of successfully inspiring and growing teams
  • Must possess high energy, excellent judgment, personability, and integrity
  • Self-motivated problem-solver, comfortable wearing different hats
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Experience in Human Resources a PLUS
  • Degree in Peace & Conflict studies, or a related field, preferred

COMPENSATION & WORK HOURS

  • BASE: $35/hour ( to start)
  • STOCK: 4% vested over 3 years
  • Flexible schedule, on your own time and work remotely – just track your hours and what you’re doing
  • Starting 10-20 hours per month depending on how many applications we receive and interviews you schedule; if you grow a large team, develop great engagement programs, and become a rockstar, the hours can increase quickly
