General Overview

Luke’s peacebuilding work centers around uncovering and fostering resiliency within individuals, teams and organizations. He uses both systemic and individual identity lenses in his approach to his work by helping parties identify how broader environmental factors, individual identities, personalities and communication styles contribute to conflict. Beyond offering conflict diagnosis and analysis, he encourages clients to take an appreciative outlook on conflict from a positive and growth-based framework. Luke believes that conflict brings rich opportunities to discover and address underlying interpersonal and systemic issues to create more harmonious communities, cultures and workplaces. 

With a reverence for individual’s unique lived experiences and passion for promoting mutual understanding, Luke seeks to create respectful partnerships with his clients to explore the hidden opportunities within conflict.

Business Experience

Luke has been a Conflict Specialist since 2014, providing mediation, coaching, training and facilitation to workplaces, families, neighbors, community organizations and individuals. He has worked internally with non-profit organizations and higher education institutions to create and design conflict management systems and programs. Working as an external consultant, Luke has worked with local government agencies, higher education institutions, assisted living communities, hospitality businesses, non-profits, boards of directors and many other complex teams to support conflict transformation.
