With experience in a variety of industries including customer support and workplace consulting, Nicole brings a wealth of experience to provide support in her role as Operations and Client Success Manager for Pollack Peacebuilding Systems. She holds a Conflict Management Certification from Management Strategy Institute and understands the need for peacebuilding and support during conflict both in large corporations and family-owned businesses. At PPS, her mission is to support our clients throughout the entire client journey.
Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts and comedy shows with her husband, or crafting and baking with her daughter.
