Dr. Jeremy Pollack is a leader in the field of workplace conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, an international conflict resolution consulting firm. Jeremy is a master coach, master trainer, mediator, and author. He coaches and trains executives and employees at a variety of levels and industries, from Fortune 500 companies to major non-profits. Jeremy has mediated conflicts between business partners, co-executives, and coworkers at all levels of organizations, aiming as often as possible to transform relationships and create Win-Win resolutions for all parties involved. Jeremy is a regular contributor on the topics of leadership and organizational conflict management to publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, Industry Week, and many more. He is also the author of the books The Conflict Resolution Playbook and Peaceful Leadership.
Business Experience
Unique from most academic professionals, Jeremy is also an accomplished entrepreneur and management professional. After several years working as a marketing executive, Jeremy opened a martial arts studio in 2008, growing it into one of the largest martial arts academies in Los Angeles with multiple locations, before selling the business in 2012. Jeremy then went on to found Compelling Content Solutions, a digital content creation agency serving marketing and ad agencies and writing for hundreds of companies, from small businesses to international brands. Since 2016, he has focused on his role as CEO of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, growing it to become one of the largest workplace conflict management firms in North America.
