His method is designed around a cycle of giving grace in communication, which is based on courageous action, deep listening, considerate inquiry, humble reflection and intentional growth.

As an organizational consultant, Terrell has shared his expertise with several institutions and individuals across multiple industries. Among those are Kaiser Permanente, eBay, California Department of Corrections, and St. Mary’s College of California. He has provided organizational assessment, facilitation, coaching, training, and change management consulting services for those organizations and others. Terrell has worked with many marketing technology companies, providing interactive analysis, account management and directing professional services for industry-leading organizations.
