As Program Director and Peacebuilder, Emily manages and facilitates our peace services, supporting clients and Peacebuilders. She brings a background in non-profit program management and conflict-resolution education to her role, supporting clients and Peacebuilders through the process of designing and delivering opportunities for understanding, listening, and growth. She is conversationally fluent in Spanish and has extensive training in intercultural communication, trauma-informed systems, developing resilience and hope, and human development.
She has a Master’s Certificate in Restorative Practices from the International Institute for Restorative Practices and is completing her M.A. degree with the School for International Training Graduate Institute on organizational leadership and arts-based peacebuilding. An experienced trainer, facilitator, mediator, and coach, Emily enjoys the application of curiosity, creativity, and compassion gained from the field of peacebuilding and community building.
