General Overview

Marinetta focuses on empowering individuals in conflict to discover within themselves the capacity to heal strained relationships and apply tools for engaging in constructive dialogues with the other party and preventing future conflicts. Her approach is based on restorative processes designed to help parties gain awareness of their mutual needs, values and objectives; initiate constructive communications; and collaborate in addressing the root causes of their conflict through the identification of mutually beneficial solutions. 

Marinetta’s mission is rooted in her passion to assist individuals and groups in their journey of building a relationship of trust and creating environments of peace and reconciliation. 

Experience

Marinetta has over 15 years of national and international experience as a scholar and practitioner in the fields of Conflict Transformation, Restorative Justice, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her work has focused on conflict coaching, facilitation of transformative dialogue processes and conflict transformation and restorative justice capacity-building trainings. Marinetta is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
