About the Instructor

Our conflict resolution certification courses are taught by our CEO and Founder, Dr. Jeremy Pollack. He is a social psychologist and a leader in workplace conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is also the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, a nationwide conflict resolution consulting firm.

Dr. Pollack is also co-founder and chairman of the Peaceful Leadership Institute, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to promoting the model and theory of Peaceful Leadership. Jeremy is a coach, trainer, mediator, and author. He coaches and trains executives and employees at a variety of levels and industries, from Fortune 500 companies to major non-profits.

He is also the author of The Conflict Resolution Playbook: Practical Communication Skills for Preventing, Managing, and Resolving Conflict. Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding (NCRP), and a Master’s degree in Evolutionary Anthropology.
