General Overview

Dianne D’Elia has a M.A. in Peace, Conflict and Development and is a Certified Third-Party Neutral with over 16 years of experience working with clients in clinical social work settings and as a workplace conflict consultant & trainer.  She has also delivered counselling services to adults and youth clients both in one-on-one and group settings. Dianne has worked with non-profit organizations, government, schools, and in international community settings. Dianne specializes in working with workplaces and clients with multiple challenges. Dianne uses her extensive knowledge of mental health, conflict dynamics and coaching to help understand client needs and provide client focused and meaningful interventions. She has a broad range of experience working in challenging and high-intensity situations and prides herself in being able to build trust, address client concern and provide meaningful solutions.

Business Experience

Dianne currently works as a workplace conflict consultant delivering workplace assessment and restoration services to organizations facing multiple challenges. During her time as a consultant she has worked with high-level leadership to conduct one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and agency-wide training sessions on conflict resolution, bullying, and communication. Dianne works with organizations to  identify the underlying issues, patterns, and concerns that can lead to toxic work environments so as to help organizations create an action plan on how to move forward.
