During a nearly 30 year career in public education, Dr. Collins has worked diligently to help students, faculty, staff, parents, and the community understand their role in personal conflicts and workplace conflict. By using a lifetime of personal and professional experiences, and multiple related college degrees, she helps others resolve social and emotional issues that help them learn to work with others using productive communication, tolerance, and acceptance.
Dr. Collins has a passion for peace in life and the workplace. She seeks to support youth and adults learn the skills of conflict resolution to be better prepared to navigate the challenges of life and the workplace.
Dr. Collins has provided leadership in instructional planning across public education venues, utilizing group presentations, classroom teaching, and both large and small group settings for grades K-12. Primarily focusing on high school individuals, teaching professional behavior, self-control, and workplace readiness for both staff and students. She works with her clients in the development of communication and leadership skills using practical experiences to solve problems in everyday life and the workplace.
